LIVESTREAMING

Our livestreaming services are next to none. Pollard Media Productions has been livestreaming events in Houston and around the country for 10 years. Not all participants can make it to the conference so you can bring the conference to them. We can livestream individual sessions and/or multi-sessions around the globe in high definition quality. The end user can participate in their corporate offices or on the go – on their mobile phones anywhere in the world with available bandwidth. We use CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) such as Vimeo and YouTube which uses smart technology to deliver optimized bandwidth to end user device. Of course, we have the ability to make the conference private and delivered to a custom webpage.

MULTIPLE SESSION RECORDING

While livestreaming meets the on-demand viewing for national and global participants, many presentations may have instructional, training and archival value. As such Conferences, Trade Shows and Conventions may need to videotape/record the presentations. Pollard Media Productions can record multiple sessions simultaneously. In some instances, the focus may be on the presenter only while in other instances the focus may be on the presentation only. Our clients can choose to record both presenter and presentation and have them as Picture in Picture or as expanded side by side videos. We will work with you to help you design your session recordings to ensure smooth operations and quality deliverables.

Beware of vendors who offer “fast” and next day solutions – truth is, they are sacrificing quality for speed. They are recording and uploading at lower bitrates to decrease processing times. Be sure to check sample online videos. They can be fuzzy when it’s done fast. Pollard Media Productions will work efficiently and reliably to deliver quality videos to its clients.

INTERVIEWS

There is always the opportunity to interview a guest speaker and use that footage to enhance a presentation. Additionally, on-site participant interviews is a good idea as it gives conference organizers audio-visual insights which is more than just paper feedback.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Pollard Media Productions also offers photography services at Conferences, Trade Shows and Conventions. We will capture candid shots of attendees, conference sessions, interactions, welcoming smiles, diversity, and other images as the clients needs. We can also do professional portraits on site.

HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS

A well-edited 3 to 5 minute highlight video can help to attract and keep attendee attention after the conference is over. It can be used as a social media tool for attendees and presenters to share their experiences with others. A good highlight video can also be a great promotional tool for next year’s event!
