Erin & Jose’s wedding was nothing less than awesome! They were a beautiful couple in love and they had a wonderful wedding event in Houston joined by family and friends and family and friends in Peru via streaming video!

After much planning, we decided on using three cameras for the wedding video. The ceremony was going to be held at the Mary Chapel in Houston, Texas. As with most churches, there are rules for the videographer and photographer. In most instances, the videographer cannot be behind the priest/minister. Therefore, we set up a side camera, a camera at the rear of the church and one unmanned camera which was hidden from view behind the minister (we were fortunate that they agreed to that).

The video feed from the side camera was broadcast via Livestream to family and friends in Peru. We had tested the connection on two previous occasions to ensure reliability – and both the ceremony and the reception was broadcast smoothly. The couple had chosen us to do their wedding specifically because we had the live streaming capability.

The wedding reception was held at the beautiful Chateau Colonez in north Houston. We used only two cameras at the reception. One stationary camera for the live Internet broadcast and one roaming camera.

In post-production, the 3 camera shoot worked perfectly to get all the right angles of the wedding ceremony and the bride and groom were very happy with their wedding video!

After all, that’s what it’s all about – making the client happy!
